FREE Fitness and Wellness Camps

This summer, Holman Athletic Performance — in conjunction with Gallup Indian Medical Center Health Promotion Department, will be hosting two FREE Fitness and Wellness Camps for school-aged youth in the Gallup area. We will have sporting events, crafts, yoga and meditation, nutritional programs and much more!! The camps are open to 100 students on a first come, first served basis.

The first camp is scheduled for June 26, 2023 and June 27, 2023 at Gallup Middle School from 9:00 am – 3:00pm.  We would love it if you can share details of the camp with your students.  I have attached flyers for the camp here for your reference.
